New York State Volunteer Service Agreement
Instructions: Under Taconic Region, check box for Clarence Fahnestock State Park. For the description of activity, people should copy & paste this:
"To assist NYSOPRHP with trail development and maintenance under the guidance of park staff and Sam Lee, PWMBA officer & NYNJTC E. Fahnestock Volunteer Supervisor".
Unless people wish to volunteer at any other NYS park, the N/A check box should be selected to move to page 2.
NYS DEC Form
The Cali Hill stewardship agreement number is 3-2026-005. The Mt. Ninham MUA agreement # is 3-2026-001. For section E, you can write in: "California Hill State Forest MUA / PWMBA" and Sam will sign underneath. Under Section B, it does ask if anyone has ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor.
